Phase 7 of the BusConnects Network redesign will commence on Sunday, 19 October 2025.

This phase will introduce new 24-hour routes F1, F2 and 80. It will also include the launch of Spine route F3, and Radial routes 23, 24, 73, 82 and Local route L89.

Routes F1, F2, F3, 23, 24, 80, 82 and L89 will be operated by Dublin Bus and Route 73 will be operated by Go-Ahead Ireland, on behalf of Transport for Ireland (TFI).

Areas served by Phase 7 include

• Ballymun

• Finglas

• Glasnevin

• Marino

• City Centre

• Broombridge

• Kimmage

• Walkinstown

• Templeogue

• Rathmines

• Palmerstown

• Tallaght


The following routes will no longer operate:
9, 26, 40, 40b, 49, 54a, 83/a 123, and 140.

Route 150 will be diverted to Greenhills College, instead of Rossmore. The revised alignment will operate via Limekiln Road and Limekiln Avenue.

Route 122 will be diverted via Galtymore Road instead of Mourne Road.

The following existing routes operated by Dublin Bus will have timetable changes:

  • Route 16
  • Route 27b
  • Route 150
